British Pickering, a leading manufacturer of signal switches and simulation solutions for Electronic testing and verification, will participate in Electronica South China, which will be held at Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 28th to 30th. Pickering will highlight their fault injection, power switches, sensor emulation, RF/microwave products, and LXI/USB chassis. Below is an introduction to some of the products that will be on Display.
• PXI LVDT/RVDT (Linear/Rotary Variable Differential Transformer)/Resolver (Resolver) Simulation Module (41-670 Series) can simulate LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer), RVDT (Rotary Variable Differential Transformer) or Resolver (resolver). The module occupies only one slot space of a PXI or LXI/USB chassis, and the module’s powerful programmability minimizes the dependence on hardware. In addition, the module needs to be installed in the PXI chassis, and other instruments of the customer can be placed next to it, without using other control software protocols/interfaces, which makes the operation easier.
Resolver Simulation Module 41-670 Series
• PXI fault injection switch module (40-190B series) provides 2A switching current and 75, 64 or 36 channel count options. This family of modules is primarily designed to simulate fault conditions involving reliability testing of safety-critical controllers in automotive and aircraft applications. In addition, the 40-199 series of PXI fault injection modules provide ten 10A fault injection channels and a fault injection bus that can carry 20A current.
Fault Injection Switch Module 40-190B Series
• PXI microwave transfer switch modules (40-782A series) provide one or two transfer switches, and three frequency options of 18GHz, 26.5GHz and 40GHz.
Microwave Transfer Switch Module 40-782A Series
• 2- and 4-slot USB/LXI Modular Chassis (Series 60-104 and 60-105) are small and lightweight, ideal for portable, desktop and space-constrained applications. These enclosures are designed for desktop or rack mounting and can be remotely controlled via USB or LXI Ethernet. The feature of remote control over the network allows the switch of the test system to be placed very close to the target device.
2-slot USB/LXI Modular Chassis 60-104 Series
• In addition to the above products, Pickering will also exhibit eBIRST switch system inspection tools and Switch Path Manager signal routing software.
