The cloud era has greatly changed the communication and life of consumers. The next-generation diversified social center uses brand-new cloud technology to shorten the distance between enterprises and customers, and comprehensively improve the quality of enterprises around the use of users.

The following is the transcript of the speech:

Yealink CTO Zhuang Jieyao: Thank you all, thank you all the guests, leaders and experts to listen to these useful speeches with me here today. Today, I mainly introduce to you the terminal solution based on unified communication. I have 4 topics here, one is the global trend of unified communications, and the other is the UC cloud advantage solution, successful cases and Yealink introduction.

Unified communications has just been introduced a lot. Now it is a major trend in the world. Many big companies, Cisco and Huawei have made many different unified communications brands. From the perspective of unified communication, it mainly integrates all aspects of communication. In terms of voice, video, conference, and EMAIL, real-time and non-real-time are combined, and office efficiency is very high.

Here, I will introduce the main aspects of unified communication. Messages are unified, which integrates various messages. In addition, terminals are unified, and various terminals, mobile phones, and telephones are unified and interconnected. The calls are unified with PC headsets, telephones, and our mobile phones can all communicate with each other through the platform, unlike before through different transfers to achieve the goal. Finally, there is collaboration and unification, and everyone achieves remote collaboration in different ways, making the earth a small area. It is easy for everyone to collaborate together, and there is no need to negotiate, hold meetings, and solve problems together in the office.

In the global market, small and medium-sized enterprises account for the vast majority, accounting for 99% of the total volume and 60% of the turnover. From the perspective of UC, large enterprises have more deployments. Large enterprises generally have this advantage. One is from resources, one is capital, and the other is demand, which requires unified communication to a large extent. From the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises, they also have certain requirements. The unified communications can improve enterprise efficiency and large enterprises, but their characteristics are different from those of large enterprises. Generally speaking, they are quite price-sensitive. expensive stuff. In terms of resources, many small and medium-sized enterprises must have no IT staff, and some have only a few people. It is a great cost for them to maintain different systems. In addition, for small and medium-sized enterprises, they generally need to use this in real time and quickly, and they must work hard to deploy and maintain this to reduce their costs.

Efforts to expand, there are different needs that need to be easily linked together. For these needs, if you say Microsoft’s unified communications, Huawei’s unified communications, deploying large systems is not easy for small and medium-sized enterprises, and it does not meet their characteristics. In general, the most suitable method for small and medium-sized enterprises is the so-called UC method. This UC method is mainly cloud plus terminal, and the operator provides this service model. In the United States, the operation mode of SAAS is basically the same in many aspects. It is relatively mature, and to a large extent, small and medium-sized enterprises have a very large demand for the SAAS operation model. The same problem exists for China and other countries. The biggest advantage of the cloud plus terminal method for small and medium-sized enterprises is that it has zero cost. For them, it is not like buying these systems. Operators will deploy the system. They provide monthly rent to provide them to small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises need to use this, and this requires How much to pay, how much to use this month, how much collaboration.

The other is maintenance. As mentioned earlier, small and medium-sized enterprises are more concerned about zero maintenance. There is no need to maintain a large number of systems, and all operators operate. Just now, other Huawei companies mentioned that they can apply for any new services they want in real time. They don’t need to deploy a lot of systems and need people to help them integrate the systems.

Finally, the interconnection becomes a simple matter, and the operator provides services for different manufacturers, operators and customers. Overall interconnectivity becomes a simple matter. In general, the model is very suitable for SMBs such as small and medium-sized enterprises.

From the UC cloud service just mentioned a lot, the overall development trend has basically doubled from 2010 to 2014, with an annual growth rate of more than 25%. The entire cloud service trend is now more and more clear, and it is becoming more and more important.

From the UC cloud service, there are two more important modes. One is the large enterprises themselves. For example, Microsoft provides OFFICE365 for small and medium-sized enterprises, and for large enterprises. There are also the equipment provided by the operator itself, and the operation mode of the composition. For example, BRADSOFT is a relatively successful solution provider.

In the UC cloud solution, BRADSOFT is mentioned. We Yealink and BRADSOFT are long-term partners. We provide UC unified solutions. BRADSOFT deploys world-class operators. BRADSOFT is an American company and a listed company. It already has a market share in unified communications. More than 50%, 18 of the TOP25 operators in the world use his platform. Together with Yealink, it has been deployed in many different operators. Like Hong Kong Telecom and so on.
